Growing up we I went often sailing with my dad. I learnt mainly one thing from that experience. Silence is the essence of work. Because you need to listen to the wind. And that if you let yourself be challenged by what happens around you, there is a greater beauty that will happen in front of your eyes.

Profit is not the motif nor the reason for your actions. There is something deeper in you that need to find expression and be channeled in creativity: Passion. That is the priceless attitude of someone that is free. Profit is just a commission for work well done.

The industry of perfection and disposable mentality has hided so far an amazing truth: real beauty comes from imperfection. Like this beautiful painting of Michelangelo shows us, reality has imperfections, but that is also why is so beautiful. One of the most fascinating things in life is is to build something beautiful while dealing with all the challenges and difficulties. It is really a mindful process that is a poetry in act. It is a love for life on which we decided to build our whole business venture.
